Westfield Albany

Aden Electrical was invited by Westfield Construction to provide electrical design at the outset for Westfield’s Albany development. The project Aden Electrical was commissioned to carry out culminated in 55,000 man hours for the complete electrical installation within the 7 hectare shopping complex, resulting in this being the largest project Aden Electrical has undertaken.

The project evolved ongoing engineering by Aden from the preliminary drawing and this provided Westfield Construction with significant savings throughout construction.

Aden Electrical has viewed this project and opportunity to work with the Westfield team as both challenging and rewarding and demonstrated that the team we have at our finger tips are capable of achieving jobs of this magnitude.

Aden Electrical managed the completion of the electrical system installation comprising of 9.25 MVA over 10 transformers providing supply to over 3,500 light fittings, 1,000 general power points and a complete low voltage tenancy reticulation system terminating in over 110 tenancy distribution boards.

The developed design process began in March 2006 with the completion of our project role when the cinema’s were handed over in February 2008.
