Our electrical design experience has come from the small residential dwellings, multi unit retirement homes, multi level commercial high-rises and multi hectare shopping centers we have successfully designed and built to date. Each electrical project having its own unique requirements which needed to be determined and scoped to engineer the successful final working installation.

Design Facilities

In house engineering and CAD facilities, along with our specialised design software allows us to interface with our client’s architects and builders for an integrated approach to design and planning of projects. Using Dialux modeling software in conjunction with our lighting partners enables state of the art lighting design.

Our engineering personnel keep up with modern products and technologies, always having an innovative approach to using and combining new products and technologies to achieve designs that take into account energy efficiencies and environmental effects, these we measure against the international Green Star building rating system.

Designs Fit For Purpose & Budget

Our engineering personnel will work with you to ensure that your design is engineered to meet your user requirements and is fit for purpose and budget. You may already have an electrical design, we are able to carry out a peer review or re-engineer to retain the design functionality and compliance but keeping it within your build budget.

Drawings And Specifications

On completion of design we will provide you with a complete package of working drawings and a specification ready for your “build”. Our electrical design can be used for our electricians to carry out the installation or you can use another contractor, and we will monitor and report at key intervals as installation progress to reassure you of compliance to design.

As Builts And Maintenance Schedules

On completion of the installation we will provide a comprehensive package of “As Built” drawings and specifications along with a recommended routine and preventative maintenance program to ensure your electrical installations is maintained at optimum working condition and retains compliance with any legislation requirements.

“Builds” Installed By Suitable Qualified People

All our installation work is carried out by suitably qualified and experience people. Each project is assigned a project manager who implements a site personnel structure and quality program, ensuring all work is specification compliant. All work is installed using the best trade practices, checked and then certified before connection, livening and delivery.
